Dana Moore: Dana has worked in the home store visual merchandising industry for over 15 years, gaining experience in visual excellence, team management, and goal completion. She began her Home Staging career with Model My Home as the Professional Home Staging Coordinator. Currently she is sharing her time between Model My Home as the Sales Guru who loves building relationships with clients and HSRA as the Events Coordinator and Publication Editor. She has discovered she loves writing and editing! Outside of the office, Dana enjoys reading, long walks, and baking for everybody.

Barbara Heil-Sonneck: Barbara Heil-Sonneck is the Owner and Creative Director  of Design2Sell a Home Staging & Redesign firm serving  the Metro Atlanta area. Design2Sell has been recognized  by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) as a 2019  Top 10 Professional Luxury Home Staging Company of the  Year for excellence in staging the luxury market in Atlanta.  They also have been named Top 10 Home Staging Team  of the Year 2018, by the Home Staging and Redesign  Association (HSRA) and have been awarded Best of Houzz  in Client Satisfaction for six consecutive years.  Barbara frequents real estate firms around Atlanta  educating realtors on the benefits of Home Staging by  attending team meetings and holding educational  sessions. She is on the Board of Advisors for the HSRA, where she shares her expertise and knowledge  with the national staging community. Jaime Cole: After seventeen years as a teacher, Jaime Cole left education to pursue her dreams of renovating  homes. Her reputation grew and so too, did the demands. In a leap of faith, her husband quit his job to  join Jaime and together, the foundation of JT Properties was established. In addition to remodeling for  others, they also tackled investment properties. In doing so, she discovered her real passion: staging.  The process of staging her investment properties for sale drew the attention of local realtors and soon,  JT Properties expanded to include “& Staging.”  Only 18 months after launching staging services, JT Properties & Staging officially moved out of the  home and into new office and warehouse shared with Perch, their new retail space. Employing seven  individuals specializing in staging, design and retail, JT Properties & Staging (and now Perch) has grown  to meet any homeowner’s design or decorating need. Linda Borghi: Linda Borghi, President of Dazzle Home Staging in St. Louis Missouri, began her career as an  accredited Home Staging Professional in 2003 and went on to start her business in 2008.  Since that time, Linda has grown her team, which focuses exclusively on vacant home staging,  to a company with 13 employees, a 10,000 sf warehouse and maintains an average of 100  vacant homes staged at any given time. Linda enjoys sharing her many years of experience in  the industry while working to advance her own business to the next level.

Her husband and herself are real estate investors, ranging from long term rentals, short term vacation rentals, building from scratch and even flipping. Rhonda Conchola: Rhonda Conchola, A native Houstonian, currently lives with her family in Spring TX a small town just north of Houston. She has owned and managed a Home Staging business in the Houston area for more than 8 years. Rhonda practiced decorating before she ever formed a staging business as a decorator in her church decorating "table-scapes" for special events. After successfully staging her own home she then started her own Home Staging For Houston soon thereafter. Today she manages a small staff of 3 full time employees and 3 contracted team members and will typically keep about 25 plus houses staged per month. With a 3500 sqft. warehouse/ office she owns all her inventory debt free and has earned several awards such as HSRA's Top Professional Home Stager of the Year for 2018, IAHSP's Best of Home Staging/Staging Excellence 2019 and numerous Best of Houzz awards. She has also co-authored a book with a local team of Real Estate Investors titled  Houston    Real Estate Investors Dream Team  now available on Amazon.com.
